Ron is a native Calgarian who has been a licensed insurance broker since 1997, and with Bencharski since 1999.
In January 2003, Ron bought Bencharski Insurance, and five years after that he bought Caldwell Insurance and merged it with Bencharski. The company has been growing a strong base of loyal clients under his leadership ever since.
Ron specializes in life, disability, critical illness and group insurance.
Ron loves the insurance industry as it is a cornerstone of the economy and it is a great way for him to help everyone protect themselves against life’s eventualities.
Ron is currently working toward his CPIB (Canadian Professional Insurance Broker)

Gary has been a licensed insurance agent since 2006 and he specializes in hard to place and commercial accounts.
He says he particularly loves the challenge of finding just the right insurance product, no matter how complex the circumstances may seem.
Bachelor of Business Operations
Gary is working towards attaining his CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) designation.
Gary also has his Level 2 Insurance Licence and his Life Licence.

Keith has been a licensed insurance agent since 2006 and has been with Bencharski since 2007.
As a firefighter and an accomplished “Do It Yourself” enthusiast, Keith has a profound understanding of the importance of good insurance coverage to protect us against all eventualities.
Keith specializes in auto, home and recreational and also has specialist training in commercial insurance.
Keith is working towards attaining his CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) designation.

Kim is our office administrator and the lady who keeps the place running so smoothly for us.
She has been working with us since 2007, before which she held accounting and sales positions. Kim is currently working to achieve her insurance license. |

Angela has held senior positions in the administrative field, as well as in bookkeeping, accounting and management. She has a certificate in office administration as well as a business administration diploma.
She is currently working toward her CGA designation.
Angela is excited to be a new member of the Bencharski team, and looking forward to the challenges that this ever evolving position will present.
